Our one-of-a-kind 2-hour experience will create a bond and experience that won’t be forgotten!
Here’s how it works:
After being greeted and checked in by our friendly and professional staff, your team will get comfortable in our breathwork lounge. Our staff will provide a short orientation and overview of breathwork, safety, do’s and don’ts, and then set the group up with a professionally curated guided breathwork session that lasts about 30 minutes. Your team will surrender into a stress-free, blissful state and finish up with a short meditation in our zen space.
Following the breathwork, we’ll allow everyone to change into swimsuits, and then prepare everyone for the ice bath by again giving professional instruction and coaching. 2 by 2, we’ll coach and guide your group through a 2-5 minute ice bath in our state of the art, commercial grade, self cleaning ice baths which are set between 35 and 50 degrees!
After drying off, we’ll provide hot organic tea to each person to allow them to slowly warm up the body and relax into the afterglow of feel-good chemicals. Your group can take photos, ask our staff questions about the science of cold exposure therapy, and just enjoy socializing in our tea lounge or on our cozy outdoor patio space.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people.

The fine print: *1/3 of the booking price is due upfront to secure the date and is non-refundable if canceled less than 45 days prior to the event date. Waivers are required for each participant which can be done beforehand or on the day of the experience.
